The Vic Open relies on the time and generosity of volunteers, and we love seeing many familiar faces, and new faces, assisting with the event. Applications to volunteer are now open. This is a two-step process: 1. Firstly create your volunteer profile in our volunteer system - click here to create your Rosterfy profile, and then 2. Select the shifts you are interested in for the 2025 Vic Open It is requested volunteers be available for a minimum of two shifts, but more are preferred. Some roles require strength, early starts and/or late finishes. Please refer to volunteer position descriptions before nominating for roles. All volunteers will be provided with accreditation for entry on all tournament days, uniform (Vic Open polo & hat), food & bottled water each day, and a car park pass. Working With Children Check (WWCC): Golf Australia is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in golf by providing a safe and inclusive environment therefore volunteers at the Vic Open will require a valid WWCC. These are free for volunteers. To apply for a WWCC please visit https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/, or visit your local post office to apply. Note that it may take 2-3 weeks for your WWCC to be approved. Unfortunately, if you do not have a WWCC, you will not be able to volunteer at the Vic Open.
