Youth on Course is a not-for-profit organisation based in the United States. Its core purpose is to breakdown the potential cost barriers associated with playing golf by providing youth with opportunities to playing different golf courses at reduced rates.
Financial members of TeeMates receive a membership to Youth on Course as part of their affiliation with TeeMates. Currently TeeMates members have access to play at 40 partner courses for $5 or less in Australia.
Together, we, (Golf Australia and Youth on Course) believe it is our mission to ensure that all young people in our communities can play golf affordably and enjoy some of the many life-changing experiences our sport has to offer. This is why Golf Australia is pleased to include Youth on Course membership to those who become financial members of TeeMates.
Visit the Youth on Course page for more.
TeeMates offers junior golfers a unique opportunity to access and experience a variety of junior events and so much more across the country.

Jack Newton Junior Golf (JNJG):
JNJG’s mission is to increase the number of young people playing golf by providing more opportunities for junior golfers of all ability levels. The JNJG oversees junior golf across NSW and ACT, starting with introductory school programs through to elite tournaments that attract some of the best interstate and overseas players.
All NSW/ACT TeeMates members will be invited to become members of the JNJG Tour, which will give them more opportunities to play in more junior tournaments across the state.
US Kids Golf:
The mission of U.S. Kids Golf is to help kids have fun learning the lifelong game of golf and encourage family interaction that builds lasting memories.
We have partnered with US Kids Golf on our collective mission to give kids and teenagers the opportunity to play in golf events with their peers across the country. TeeMates Connect or Plus members will get access to a USD$30 credit to put towards their US Kids Golf local tour or first event registration if they are already a tour player. This credit will be available at the check out stage on the US Kids Golf website when finalising your registration.
The R&A:
The R&A have been generous supporters of the founding of TeeMates. The R&A is based in St Andrew’s, Scotland, and exist to make golf more accessible, appealing, and inclusive.
The R&A are jointly – along with the United States Golf Association – responsible for the Rules of Golf and administer the World Handicap System, as well as running golf’s oldest event, The Open Championship, and the AIG Women’s Open.
Golf WA
Golf WA’s goal through the “Crunch & Sip Junior Tour” is to increase and support the number of grassroots participants taking part at entry level events all the while educating them about the rules and making healthier life choices in a fun and social environment.
We see great value and prospects to grow the game of golf in Australia with both TeeMates and Youth on Course for years to come and we are excited to be a part of a new era of junior golf participation.
We are delighted to collaborate with Golf WA to provide more kids with opportunities to have fun, learn and play more golf, nationwide.
